Объект исследования – АБИИ. Предметом исследования является цель инициативы Китая по созданию АБИИ. Целью данного исследования является целенаправленный ответ и опровержение сомнений западного общества на основе результатов исследования. Для достижения поставленной цели необходимо решить следующие задачи: 1)  Изучение развития международной финансовой системы представляет собой дилемму. 2)  Изучить международный и внутренний фон до и после создания АБИИ. 3)  Проверить свою операционную философию и институциональные функции с помощью «Соглашения АБИИ» и других юридических текстов, чтобы проверить, соответствуют ли цель и концепция АБИИ структурам и правилам Организации Объединенных Наций и ее характеристикам; 4)  Изучить институциональную структуру и работу АБИИ и сравнить систему права голоса и условия кредита АБИИ с основными многосторонними банками развития, чтобы выяснить, допускает ли АБИИ неправомерные действия в реальной работе. Методы исследования: поиск научной литературы, сравнительный анализ, описательный, статистический и событийный анализ. Структура окончательной идентифицированной работы состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения и списка использованной литературы.

The object of the study is AIIB. The subject of the study is the purpose of Chinas initiative to establish the AIIB. The purpose of this study is to purposefully answer and refute the doubts of Western society based on the results of the study. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: 1. Studying the development of the international financial system presents a dilemma. 2. Study the international and domestic background before and after the establishment of the AIIB. 3. Test its operational philosophy and institutional functions with the AIIB Agreement and other legal texts to check whether the purpose and concept of AIIB is consistent with the structures and rules of the United Nations and its characteristics; 4. Examine the institutional structure and operation of the AIIB and compare the voting rights system and credit conditions of the AIIB with the main multilateral development banks to find out whether the AIIB allows misconduct in real work. Research methods: scientific literature search, comparative analysis, descriptive, statistical and event analysis. The structure of the final identified work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, and a bibliography.
