Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «“Один пояс, один путь” как элемент мягкой силы Китайской Народной Республики».Данная работа посвящена оценке влияния политики «мягкой силы» КНР в рамках реализации проектов инициативы «Один пояс, один путь».Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования:1) Характеристика концепции «мягкой силы» и механизмов её реализации;2) Выделение причин создания инициативы «Один пояс, один путь» и ее ключевые идеологические аспекты с позиции «мягкой силы»;3) Определение приоритетных направлений внешней культурной политики КНР в рамках инициативы «Один пояс, один путь»;4) Определение особенностей реализации внешней культурной политики КНР в рамках данных направлений;5) Выявление факторов, определяющих специфику культурной внешней политики КНР в разных регионах;6) Анализ реакции стран на продвижение инициативы.В работе был проведен анализ международных соглашений, планов развития культурной политики, статистических данных, характеризующих взаимоотношения между странами. Методология включает метод описания, анализа, синтеза, сравнения, а также хронологический метод и системный подход.В результате были выделены основные направления и региональные особенности развития внешней культурной политики КНР, инициатива «Один пояс, один путь» была рассмотрена с позиции «мягкой силы».

The subject of the graduate qualification work is: «“One Belt, One Road” as an element of the People's Republic of China's soft power».The given work is devoted to evaluation of the China's «soft power» policy impact on the implementation of the «One Belt, One Road» initiative projects.The research set the following goals:1) Description of the concept of «soft power» and its implementation mechanisms;2) Identification of the reasons for the creation of the «One Belt, One Road» initiative and its key ideological aspects from the position of «soft power»;3) Determining the priority directions of the foreign cultural policy of the PRC within the framework of the «One Belt, One Road» initiative;4) Determining the features of the foreign cultural policy of the PRC implementation within these areas;5) Identification of the factors that determine the specifics of the cultural foreign policy of the PRC in different regions;6) Analysis of countries' reactions to the promotion of the initiative.The study resulted into analysis of international agreements, plans for the development of cultural policy, statistical data characterizing the relationship between countries. The methodology includes the method of description, analysis, synthesis, comparison, as well as the chronological method and a systematic approach.The study resulted into highlighting the main directions and regional features of the development of China's foreign cultural policy, the «One Belt, One Road» initiative was analyzed from the perspective of «soft power».
