Тема выпускной работы: «Концепция реновации квартала типовой застройки 60-х годов XX века». Предметом работы является квартал под реновацию в городе Санкт-Петербург. Цель диссертационного исследования – изменение облика существующего квартала. Для этого в ходе исследования изучались задачи: 1. Сбор общих сведений развития городов и задачи реновации жилой застройки, для этого изучалась литература и производилось исследование типовой застройки 60-х годов. 2. Выбор квартала типовой застройки 60-х годов ХХ века для реновации в Российском городе и поиск проектного решения. 3. Повышение класса энергоэффективности здания. В данной работе изучен зарубежный опыт и типовая застройка 60-х годов. Изучены основные проблемы и решения реновации на основе зарубежного опыта. Выявлены недостатки к подходу проведения реновации, концепции планировочных решений и показаны пути решения по устранению данных проблем. Приняв в расчет зарубежный опыт, была произведена реновация квартала и разработан новый способ повышения класса энергоэффективности здания.

The theme of the graduation work: "The concept of renovation of a typical building block 60s of the XX century". The subject of the work is a quarter for renovation in the city of St. Petersburg. The purpose of the dissertation research is to change the appearance of the existing quarter. To do this, during the study , the following tasks were studied: 1. Collecting general information on urban development and the tasks of renovation of residential buildings, for this the literature was reviewed and a study of typical buildings of the 60s was carried out. 2. The choice of a block of typical buildings of the 60s of the twentieth century for renovation in a Russian city and the search for a design solution, as well as the development of the concept of the quarter. 3. Increasing the energy efficiency class of the building. In this work, foreign experience and typical building of the 60s are studied. The main problems and solutions of renovation based on foreign experience are studied. The shortcomings of the renovation approach, the concept of planning solutions are identified and solutions to eliminate these problems are shown. Taking into account foreign experience, the block was renovated and a new method was developed to increase the energy efficiency class of the building.
