Цель работы - полностью понять состояние развития цифровой валюты центрального банка в различных регионах, понять конкретную ситуацию влияния цифровой валюты центрального банка на экономическое развитие, и обеспечить теоретическую основу и поддержку данных для решений по развитию цифровой валюты центрального банка. Были решены следующие задачи: 1. исследование истории и предпосылок развития цифровых валют центральных банков; 2. исследование текущего состояния развития цифровых валют центральных банков в различных странах; 3. оценка текущего состояния развития цифрового юаня в Китае; 4. анализ и построение системы показателей для оценки потенциала развития цифровой валюты центрального банка Китая; 5. анализ влияния цифрового юаня на экономику Китая. Актуальность диссертации заключается в том, что цифровая валюта центрального банка представляет собой новый тип цифрового финансового инструмента и форму валюты, состояние и развитие которой будет влиять на экономическое развитие. Источники информации включают отечественную и международную исследовательскую литературу, и данные официальных китайских учреждений. Программное обеспечение Stata использовалось в процессе исследования для построения и анализа метрологической модели. В данной работе предлагается система показателей для измерения потенциала развития цифровых валют центрального банка на основе цифровой инфраструктуры, рассматривается влияние цифрового юаня на экономический рост Китая.

The relevance of the dissertation lies in the fact that the digital currency of the central bank is a new type of digital financial instrument and a form of currency, the state and development of which will affect economic development. Information sources include domestic and international research literature, and official Chinese institutions. The Stata software was used during the study to build and analyze the metrological model. This paper proposes a system of indicators to measure the development potential of central bank digital currencies based on digital infrastructure, examines the impact of the digital yuan on Chinas economic growth.
