Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является проект промышленно-отопительной теплоэлектроцентрали, которая сможет покрыть производственные нужды Погарской картофельной фабрики и коммунально-бытовые нужды близлежащего города Погар в Брянской области. В процессе проектирования решались следующие задачи: расчет тепловых нагрузок; выбор и описание основного и вспомогательного оборудования станции; расчет тепловой схемы; разработка тепловой схемы; разработка генерального плана станции и компоновка главного корпуса; разработка систем обеспечения работы станции; годовые показатели станции. Полученные результаты позволяют модернизировать и расширить производство фабрики, для которой теплоэлектроцентраль (ТЭЦ) поставляет промышленный пар, а также увеличить район теплоснабжения города. Данный проект может быть рассмотрен другими промышленными потребителями, которые планируют увеличить свое производство или проектными организациями, проектирующими объекты малой энергетики или новые ТЭЦ.

The purpose of the final qualifying work is the project of an industrial and heating thermal power plant, which will be able to cover the production needs of the Pogar potato factory and the communal needs of the nearby town of Pogar in the Bryansk region. During the design process, the following tasks were solved: calculation of thermal loads; selection and description of the main and auxiliary equipment of the station; calculation of the thermal scheme; development of the thermal scheme; development of the general plan of the station and layout of the main building; development of systems to ensure the operation of the station; annual indicators of the station. The results obtained make it possible to modernize and expand the production of the factory for which the thermal power plant (CHP) supplies industrial steam, as well as to increase the heat supply area of the city. This project can be considered by other industrial consumers who plan to increase their production or by design organizations designing small-scale energy facilities or new thermal power plants.
