Целью работы явилась разработка мероприятий для повышения финансово-хозяйственной деятельности ПАО «Ростелеком». Были решены задачи в следующем виде: изучение теоретических основ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности; описание характеристик деятельности предприятия; проведение анализа рыночной среды предприятия; проведение анализа финансового состояния предприятия; проведение анализа внешней среды; разработка мероприятий для повышения финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. Актуальность темы заключается в том, что финансово-экономическое положение предприятия представляет собой комплексную экономическую характеристику, представляющую собой систему критериев и показателей состояния имущественных прав и финансовых обязательств предприятия, так как финансовое состояние предприятия формируется под влиянием всех факторов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. Источниками информации выступили нормативно-правовые акты РФ, отечественная и зарубежная научная литература по теме исследования, данные предприятий, а также открытые источники. Результаты данной работы могут использоваться предприятиями, которые были снижены их эффективности финансово-хозяйственной деятельности.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is development of measures to improve the financial and economic activities of PJSC "Rostelecom". The tasks were solved in the following form: study of the theoretical foundations of financial and economic activities; description of the characteristics of the enterprise; analysis of the market environment of the enterprise; analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise; analysis of the external environment; development of measures to improve the financial and economic activities of the enterprise. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that the financial and economic position of the enterprise is a complex economic characteristic, which is a system of criteria and indicators of the state of property rights and financial obligations of the enterprise, since the financial condition of the enterprise is formed under the influence of all factors of the financial and economic activity of the enterprise. The sources of information were the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, domestic and foreign scientific literature on the research topic, data from enterprises, as well as open sources. The results of this work can be used by enterprises that have been reduced in their efficiency of financial and economic activities. Measures have been developed to improve the financial and economic activities of the enterprise.
