Цель работы: оценить уровень конкурентоспособности АО «Совкомбанк-страхование» и разработать мероприятие по его повышению. Объект исследования: страховая компания АО «Совкомбанк-страхование». Предмет исследования: уровень конкурентоспособности АО «Совкомбанк-страхование». Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования:  анализ страхового рынка России;  анализ эффективности деятельности АО «Совкомбанк-страхование»;  сравнительный анализ и оценка уровня конкурентоспособности АО «Совкомбанк-страхование» и СПАО «Ингосстрах»;  разработка мероприятия по повышению конкурентоспособности компании с помощью открытия регионального филиала в форме инвестиционного проекта, оценка эффективности предложенных мер. Работа выполнена на материалах о деятельности АО «Совкомбанк-страхование», СПАО «Ингосстрах», а также сведениях ЦБ РФ. Методологической основой исследования послужили контентный и сравнительный анализ, монографический метод, финансовый и инвестиционный анализ, а также графический метод. Оценка инвестиционной привлекательности проекта проводилась с помощью пакета MS Office (Excel). В результате работы разработан инвестиционный проект открытия регионального филиала компании для повышения уровня ее конкурентоспособности. Практическая значимость обусловлена возможностью расширения региональных сетей АО «Совкомбанк-страхование», что положительно отразится на эффективности деятельности компании.

The given work is devoted to assessing the level of competitiveness of Sovcombank-Insurance JSC and develop measures to improve it, providing for the opening of a branch of the company. Object of study: insurance company JSC "Sovcombank-insurance". Subject of study: the level of competitiveness of Sovcombank-insurance JSC. The research set the following goals:  analysis of the Russian insurance market;  analysis of the performance efficiency of Sovcombank-Insurance JSC;  comparative analysis and assessment of the level of competitiveness of JSC Sovcombank-insurance and SPAO Ingosstrakh;  development of measures to increase the level of competitiveness of the company by opening a regional branch in the form of an investment project and evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed measures. The work was fulfilled based on materials on the activities of JSC "Sovcombank-insurance" and SPAO "Ingosstrakh", as well as on the information of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The methodological basis of the study was the content and comparative analysis, the monographic method, financial and investment analysis, the identification of cause-and-effect relationships, as well as the graphical method. The investment attractiveness of the project was assessed using MS Office (Excel). The study resulted into developing an investment project of opening a regional branch of the company to increase its competitiveness. The outcome of the research is the possibility of expanding the regional networks of Sovcombank-Insurance JSC, which will have a positive impact on the efficiency of the company.
