Целью данной работы является оценка целесообразности инвестиций в создание блочно-модульной котельной.Перечень графического материала (с указанием обязательных чертежей): сметная стоимость блочно-модульной котельной, тепловой график системы теплоснабжения, финансовая модель инвестиционного проекта, зависимость чистый дисконтированный доход от нормы дисконта, зависимость чистый дисконтированный доход от объема капитальных вложений. Область применения результатов выпускной квалификационной работы – для организаций в сфере теплоснабжения. Задачи выпускной квалификационной работы решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of this work is to assess the feasibility of investing in the creation of a block-modular boiler house. A list of graphic material (with mandatory drawings): the estimated cost of a block-modular boiler house, the thermal schedule of the heat supply system, the financial model of the investment project, the dependence of net discounted income on the discount rate, the dependence of net discounted income on the volume of capital investments.The scope of application of the results of the final qualification work is for organizations in the field of heat supply. The tasks of the final qualifying work have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of application of the results has been determined.
