Целью работы является исследование НПС «МИР» и разработка мероприятий по развитию операций с банковскими картами платежной системы. Были решены следующие задачи: - изучены теоретические аспекты использования платежных карт в качестве инструмента безналичных расчетов и систематизация операций с банковскими картами в коммерческих банках; - изучена технико-экономическая характеристика АО «Райффайзенбанк»; - проведён анализ перспектив развития пластиковых карт национальной платежной системы «МИР»; - разработаны рекомендации по развитию операций с банковскими картами НПС «МИР»; - разработан инвестиционного проект и оценена его эффективность. Актуальность темы обусловлена уходом международных платёжных систем с рынка и необходимостью развития национальной платёжной системы. Анализ и обработка данных осуществлялась с использованием официальных интернет-ресурсов и аналитических агентств. Оценка финансового положения банка и инвестиционной привлекательности проекта проводилась с помощью пакета MS Office (Excel). Систематизация рекомендаций в mind map проведена с помощью приложения XMind. Сбор данных осуществлялся в цифровой среде. Предложены практические рекомендации по повышения эффективности банка и удовлетворения потребностей клиентов в условиях быстро меняющегося рынка и настоящих политических, экономических и социальных условий. Разработан инвестиционный проект по реализации и внедрению платёжных стикеров.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is to study the NPS "MIR" and develop measures for the development of operations with bank cards of the payment system. The following tasks were solved: Studied the theoretical aspects of using payment cards as a non-cash payment instrument and systematized operations with bank cards in commercial banks. Studied the technical and economic characteristics of Raiffeisenbank. Conducted an analysis of the prospects for the development of plastic cards of the national "MIR" payment system. Developed recommendations for the development of operations with bank cards of the NPS "MIR". Developed an investment project and assessed its effectiveness. The relevance of the topic is due to the withdrawal of international payment systems from the market and the need for the development of a national payment system. Data analysis and processing was conducted using official Internet resources and analytical agencies. The assessment of the financial position of the bank and the investment attractiveness of the project was conducted using the MS Office (Excel) package. Systematization of recommendations in mind map was conducted using the XMind application. Data collection was conducted in a digital environment. Practical recommendations were proposed to improve the banks efficiency and meet customer needs in a rapidly changing market and current political, economic, and social conditions. An investment project has been developed for the implementation and introduction of payment stickers.
