Annotation

В диссертационном исследовании проведен анализ исторического развития модельного законотворчества в рамках МПА стран-участников СНГ. Были проанализированы подходы к определению понятия модельный закон и названы его основные признаки. В ходе исследования были рассмотрены особенности МПА СНГ, порядок создания модельного акта. Автором были изучены проблемы унификации законодательства государств-участников СНГ, а также предложены рекомендации по их возможному разрешению.

The dissertation research analyzes the historical development of model lawmaking within the framework of the IPA of the CIS member countries. Approaches to the definition of the concept of a model law were analyzed and its main features were named. In the course of the study, the features of the IPA CIS, the procedure for creating a model act were considered. The author studied the problems of unification of the legislation of the CIS member states, and also proposed recommendations for their possible resolution.
