Цель исследования – выявить целесообразность внедрения блокчейн-платформы для регистрации договоров долевого участия на практике. Исследование проведено на основе открытых данных мирового рынка недвижимости и технологий блокчейн. Предмет исследования: модели взаимодействия сторон, возникающие при переходе от традиционного процесса регистрации договоров долевого участия на блокчейн-платформу. Методы исследования: общенаучные методы исследования: сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий и оценка экономической эффективности. Основные результаты исследования: собран, проанализирован и структурирован мировой опыт применения технологии блокчейн в сфере недвижимости; выявлены и обоснованы институциональные и технологические ограничения, вызванные переходом от метода традиционного процесса регистрации договоров долевого участия к блокчейн-платформе; обоснована целесообразность внедрения блокчейн-платформы для регистрации договоров долевого участия при существующем уровне развития технологии блокчейн. Область применения: применение результатов работ при построении архитектуры информационных технологий предприятиями сферы недвижимости. Научная новизна исследования заключается в определении целесообразности внедрения блокчейн-платформы для регистрации договоров долевого участия на современном уровне развития технологии блокчейн. Выводы. Задачи дипломной работы решены, цель достигнута и определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты имеют признаки научной новизны. Определены направления дальнейших исследований.

The aim of the study is to identify the feasibility of implementing a blockchain platform for registering equity participation agreements in practice. The study was carried out on the basis of open data of the global real estate market and blockchain technologies. Research subject: models of interaction between the parties arising during the transition from the traditional process of equity agreements registration to the blockchain platform. Research methods: general scientific research methods: comparative analysis, method of analogies and evaluation of economic efficiency. The main results of the study: the world experience in the application of blockchain technology in real estate has been collected, analyzed and structured; the institutional and technological limitations caused by the transition from the method of the traditional process of registration of equity participation agreements to the blockchain platform have been identified and justified; the expediency of introducing a blockchain platform for registration of equity participation agreements with the existing level of development of blockchain technology has been substantiated. Application field: application of the results of work in the construction of information technology architecture by enterprises in the field of real estate. The scientific novelty of the study is determination the feasibility of implementing a blockchain platform for equity participation agreements registration at the current level of development of blockchain technology. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined.
