The main technical problems of the “bushing” part are formulated, a drawing of the part is prepared, manufacturing possibilities are considered and a comparative analysis of two processing methods is carried out. Based on the material utilization factor (MCM) and cost calculations at the roughing stage, the most optimal method for manufacturing the workpiece is selected. A technical process for manufacturing the bushing part has been developed. A series of technical documents have been prepared. Square prismatic cutter developed with turning geometry. Drawings of the developed cutting tool were completed. Separate elements of mounting and clamping fixtures for a lathe with a pneumatic drive have been developed. Drawings of the developed device with a pneumatic drive for a lathe were completed.
