Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «разработка мероприятий по внедрению современных информационных технологий в управлении на примере «ACTIVE INTERNET SOLUTIONS»». Целью работы является разработка и проведение мероприятий по внедрению современных ИТ в управлении предприятием. Работа выполнена на базе предприятия ООО «ACTIVE INTERNET SOLUTIONS». Были решены следующие задачи: 1)  изучено понятие и сущность информационных систем и информационных технологий на предприятии; 2)  изучены технологии внедрения и виды информационных системы в организации; 3)  проанализирована роль современных информационных систем и информационных технологий в корпоративном управлении; 4)  описана и проанализирована деятельности; 5)  проведен анализ применяемых информационных систем; 6)  проведен анализ ERP-систем для корпоративного управления; 7)  представлено обоснование выбора ERP-системы; 8)  предложены мероприятия по внедрению информационной системы; 9)  проведена оценка эффективности мероприятия по внедрению информационной системы. Для решения поставленных задач были применены следующие методы: анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия, финансовый анализ показателей, анализ показателей ликвидности, анализ платежеспособности, анализ финансовой устойчивости, анализ деловой активности. Разработаны мероприятия по улучшению работы предприятия, реализация которых приведет к увеличению прибыли предприятия и показателей рентабельности.

The topic of the final qualifying work: “development of measures for the implementation of modern information technologies in management using the example of “ACTIVE INTERNET SOLUTIONS”.” The goal of the work is to develop and implement measures for the implementation of modern IT in enterprise management. The work was carried out on the basis of the company "ACTIVE INTERNET SOLUTIONS" LLC. The following tasks were solved: 1)  the concept and essence of information systems and information technologies in the enterprise have been studied; 2)  the implementation technologies and types of information systems in the organization were studied; 3)  the role of modern information systems and information technologies in corporate governance is analyzed; 4)  activities are described and analyzed; 5)  an analysis of the information systems used was carried out; 6)  an analysis of ERP systems for corporate management was carried out; 7)  the rationale for choosing an ERP system is presented; 8)  proposed measures for the implementation of the information system; 9)  an assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of the information system was carried out. To solve the problems, the following methods were used: analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, financial analysis of indicators, analysis of liquidity indicators, solvency analysis, financial stability analysis, business activity analysis. Measures have been developed to improve the operation of the enterprise, the implementation of which will lead to an increase in the enterprises profit and profitability indicators.
