Цель исследования – разработка архитектуры корпоративной информационной системы в условиях цифровой трансформации. Предметом исследования является разработка архитектуры корпоративной информационной системы. Исследование выполнялось на базе деятельности образовательного учреждения Для достижения цели исследования и выполнения задач исследования, применялись общенаучные и аналитические методы исследования. В ходе исследования получены следующие результаты исследования: - Определены векторы развития корпоративных информационных систем и исследование существующих цифровых решений в области корпоративных информационных систем университета. - Проведена оценка текущего состояния обеспеченности информационными системами. - Описано предлагаемое решение АКИС университета. - Рассмотрена эффективность предлагаемого решения АКИС университета. - Произведен сбор метрик эффективности и приближению университета к цифровой зрелости. Областью применения результатов ВКР является возможность применения в проектах создания цифровых корпоративных систем на базе образовательных учреждений. Научная новизна состоит в установлении теоретических и практических аспектов разработки архитектуры корпоративной информационной системы (АКИС) в условиях цифровой трансформации. Практическая значимость состоит в разработанной и экономически обоснованной АКИС ФГАОУ ВО «СПбПУ». Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the research is to develop the architecture of a corporate information system in the context of digital transformation. The subject of the research is the development of the architecture of a corporate information system. The study was carried out on the basis of the activities of the educational institution General scientific and analytical research methods were used to achieve the purpose of the study and to fulfill the tasks of the study. The following research results were obtained in the course of the study: -The vectors of development of corporate information systems and the study of existing digital solutions in the field of corporate information systems of the university are determined. - An assessment of the current state of information systems provision has been carried out. - The proposed solution of the Universitys ACIS is described. - The effectiveness of the proposed solution of the Universitys ACIS is considered. - The collection of performance metrics and the universitys approach to digital maturity has been carried out. The area of application of the results of WRC is the possibility of application in the projects of creation of digital corporate systems on the basis of educational institutions The scientific novelty consists in the establishment of theoretical and practical aspects of the development of the architecture of a corporate information system (ACIS) in the context of digital transformation. The practical significance lies in the developed and economically justified ACIS of the Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Education «SPbPU».
