Целью исследования является разработка стратегических направлений развития газодобывающего предприятия, позволяющих сохранить имеющиеся уровни добычи и финансовую стабильность предприятия в будущем. Объект исследования: дочернее предприятие ПАО «НК «Роснефть», осуществляющее добычу газа на месторождениях в ЯНАО. Предмет исследования: производственные и финансовые показатели газодобывающей компании ЯНАО с учетом имеющихся планов по развитию. Методы исследования: анализ нормативно-правовых документов, финансовый и стратегический анализ (SWOT), синтез, экономические расчеты. Основные результаты исследования: – подтверждена гипотеза о низкой технико-экономической эффективности проектов поиска и доразведки месторождений для восполнения добычи; – выполнен производственный и финансовый анализ деятельности предприятия, обозначены основные проблемы дальнейшего развития; – выполнен стратегический анализ деятельности предприятия, сформулированы стратегические цели, выполнен SWOT- и PEST-анализ; – выполнен анализ рисков деятельности предприятия с разработкой мероприятий по минимизации рисков и улучшению финансовых показателей; – формализована стратегия развития предприятия с ключевыми направлениями деятельности для достижения поставленной цели. Область применения результатов ВКР – нефтегазовый комплекс РФ. Научная новизна исследования заключается в разработке оптимизационных решений по вводу газовых активов в разработку и составлении дорожной карты решения стратегических задач, позволяющих обеспечить достижение основной стратегической цели предприятия. В работе использовались инструменты Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Petrel. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны и практической применимости.

The aim of the study is the development of strategic directions for the development of a gas production enterprise, allowing to maintain existing production levels and financial stability of the enterprise in the future. Object of study: a subsidiary of PJSC NK Rosneft, which produces gas from fields in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. Research subject: production and financial performance of a gas production company in the YNAO, taking into account existing development plans. Research methods: analysis of regulatory documents, financial and strategic analysis (SWOT), synthesis, economic calculations. The main results of the study: – the hypothesis about the low technical and economic efficiency of projects for prospecting and additional exploration of deposits to replenish production was confirmed; – a production and financial analysis of the enterprise’s activities was carried out; the main problems of further development were identified; – a strategic analysis of the enterprise’s activities was carried out, strategic goals were formulated, a SWOT and PEST analysis was performed; – an analysis of the risks of the enterprise’s activities was carried out with the development of measures to minimize risks and improve financial indicators; – the enterprise development strategy was formalized with key areas of activity to achieve the set goal. Application field: oil and gas complex of the Russian Federation. The scientific novelty of the study is the development of optimization solutions for putting gas assets into development and drawing up a roadmap for solving strategic problems to ensure the achievement of the main strategic goal of the enterprise. Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel), Petrel were used in the work. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty and practical applicability.
