Целью работы является разработка структурной модели скользящего бюджетирования промышленного предприятия и алгоритма внедрения данной модели. Были решены следующие задачи: – определить основные экономические характеристики отрасли и выполнить ее маркетинговый анализ; – провести комплексный анализ деятельности объекта исследования и определить особенности предприятия; – разработать структурную модель скользящего бюджетирования промышленного предприятия; – разработать алгоритм реализации модели скользящего бюджетирования; – определить экономическую эффективность использования предложенной структурной модели бюджетирования. Разработка моделей бюджетирования актуальная научно-производственная задача, решение которой позволит своевременно корректировать показатели эффективности системы управления, планировать ресурсную базу и контролировать непрерывное функционирование предприятия. Объектом исследования является общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Кубатура», производитель дизайнерских полотенцесушителей и радиаторов из нержавеющей стали. Теоретическая база – научные труды зарубежных и отечественных ученых по исследуемой тематике. Научную новизну представляет собой разработанная структурная модель скользящего бюджетирования и алгоритм внедрения данной модели с учетом отраслевой специфики, и факторов риска.

The purpose of the work is to develop a structural model of rolling budgeting of an industrial enterprise and an algorithm for implementing this model. The following tasks were solved: - to determine the main economic characteristics of the industry and perform its marketing analysis; - to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the activities of the object of research and determine the characteristics of the enterprise; - to develop a structural model of rolling budgeting of an industrial enterprise; - develop an algorithm for implementing the model of rolling budgeting; - determine the economic efficiency of the proposed structural model of budgeting. The development of budgeting models is an actual scientific and production task, the solution of which will allow to timely adjust the performance indicators of the management system, plan the resource base and control the continuous functioning of the enterprise. The object of the study is the limited liability company "Kubatura", a manufacturer of designer towel dryers and stainless steel radiators. Theoretical base - scientific works of foreign and domestic scientists on the subject under study. Scientific novelty is the developed structural model of rolling budgeting and the algorithm of implementation of this model, taking into account industry specifics, and risk factors.
