В рамках выпускной квалификационной работы разработана проектная документация на строительство 26-этажного офисного здания в соответствии с заданием на проектирование и Постановлением Правительства РФ №87 от 16.02.2008 «О составе разделов проектной документации и требованиях к их содержанию. При разработке проекта были использованы следующие программные комплексы: Autodesk Revit 2023, Lumion 12, SCAD Office 21.1.9.7, Autodesk AutoCAD 2024, Autodesk Navisworks  Manage  2021, Сигма ПБ, NormCAD, Microsoft Office. Целью исследовательской работы является совершенствование методики выбора подрядной организации для СМР и добавление в методику критериев по оценке безопасности труда. Задачи исследования: 1. Исследование существующих подходов к оценке качества СМР. 2. Выбор и обоснование методологической схемы исследования для оценки комплексно-го показателя качества работ (КПКР) в процессе строительства. 3. Изучения методики расчёта КПКР. 4. Уточнение методики с учетом требований к охране труда на строительной площадке. 5. Установление возможности и целесообразности внедрения разработанной методики. Объектом исследования является качество строительно-монтажных работ. Предмет исследования -  методы оценки качества СМР при проведении строительного контроля и расчет комплексного показателя качества работ. Применены такие методы исследования как общенаучные методы познания, методы экономического, системного и эмпирического анализа. В результате исследования была изучена и уточнена существующая методика, предназначенная для оценки КПКР подрядной организации.

As part of the final qualifying work, design documentation was developed for the construction of a 26-story office building in accordance with the design assignment and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 87 of February 16, 2008 “On the composition of sections of design documentation and requirements for their content. The following software packages were used in the development of the project: Autodesk Revit 2023, Lumion 12, SCAD Office 21.1.9.7, Autodesk AutoCAD 2024, Autodesk Navisworks Manage 2021, Sigma PB, NormCAD, Microsoft Office. The purpose of the research work is to improve the methodology for selecting a contractor for construction and installation works and to add criteria for assessing labor safety to the methodology. Research objectives: 1. Study of existing approaches to assessing the quality of construction and installation work. 2. Selection and justification of a methodological research scheme for assessing the integrated work quality indicator (QIQI) during the construction process. 3. Studying the methodology for calculating the CPKR. 4. Clarification of the methodology taking into account the requirements for labor protection at the construction site. 5. Establishing the possibility and feasibility of implementing the developed methodology. The object of the study is the quality of construction and installation works. The subject of the study is methods for assessing the quality of construction and installation works during construction control and the calculation of a comprehensive indicator of the quality of work. The following research methods were used: general scientific methods of cognition, methods of economic, systemic and em-pirical analysis. As a result of the study, the existing methodology intended for assessing the CPC of a contract-ing organization was studied and refined.
