Данная работа посвящена разработке рекомендаций по улучшению условий труда для машиниста конвейера на горно-обогатительном предприятии, являющимся ОПО третьего класса опасности. Объектом исследования является профессиональная деятельность машиниста конвейера. Предметом исследования выбраны условия труда машиниста. Целью работы является разработка рекомендаций по улучшению условий труда машиниста конвейера в результате анализа и оценки СОУТ и профессиональных рисков. Задачи, которые выполнены в ходе работы: 1. Анализ существующих проблем охраны труда и их решение в горнодобывающей отрасли. 2. Характеристика выбранного производственного объекта, и анализ результатов специальной оценки условий труда и оценка профессиональных рисков машиниста. 3. Основные причины производственного травматизма и профзаболеваний на выбранном рабочем месте. 4. Предложение мероприятий по улучшению условий труда на рабочем месте машиниста конвейера. В результате работы были проанализированы нормативные правовые акты в области охраны труда, были выявлены имеющиеся проблемы. Также была проведена оценка результатов СОУТ, на основе которой предложены конкретные рекомендации по улучшению условий труда для машиниста конвейера. Для достижения данных результатов в работе были использованы такие информационные технологии, как база данных КонсультантПлюс, официальный интернет-портал правовой информации (pravo.gov.ru), электронная библиотека СПбПУ (elib.spbstu.ru), научная электронная библиотека (www.elibrary.ru). Были построены диаграммы с помощью программы Microsoft Excel. На основании проведенных анализа и оценки условий труда машиниста, было принято решение о целесообразности разработки рекомендаций по улучшению условий труда машиниста.
This work is devoted to the development of recommendations to improve working conditions for the conveyor driver at the mining and processing enterprise, which is an OPO of the third class of hazard. The object of the study is the professional activity of a conveyor driver. The subject of the study is the working conditions of the conveyor operator. The aim of the work is to develop recommendations for improving the working conditions of the conveyor driver as a result of analysis and assessment of the SUT and occupational risks. Tasks fulfilled in the course of the work: 1. Analysis of the existing problems of labour protection and their solution in the mining industry. 2. Characteristics of the selected production facility, and analysis of the results of special assessment of working conditions and assessment of occupational risks of the machine operator. 3. The main causes of industrial injuries and occupational diseases at the selected workplace 4. Proposal of measures to improve working conditions at the workplace of the conveyor operator. As a result of the work, the regulatory legal acts in the field of labour protection were analysed and the existing problems were identified. Also, the results of the special assessment of labour conditions were evaluated, on the basis of which specific recommendations to improve working conditions for the conveyor operator were proposed. To achieve these results, such information technologies as ConsultantPlus database, official Internet portal of legal information (pravo.gov.ru), electronic library of SPbPU (elib.spbstu.ru), scientific electronic library (www.elibrary.ru) were used in the work. Diagrams were built using Microsoft Excel programme. Based on the analysis and assessment of working conditions of a machinist, a decision was made to develop recommendations to improve working conditions of a machinist.
