Цель данной выпускной квалификационной работы – раскрыть специфику и особенности деятельности футбольных федераций Европы на примере современного опыта Немецкого футбольного союза и Королевской Испанской футбольной федерации. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Выявить специфику участия европейских футбольный федераций в структуре ФИФА и УЕФА; 2. Определить основные векторы становления и развития Немецкого футбольного союза; 3. Раскрыть особенности организации и деятельности Королевской испанской футбольной федерации; 4. Дать характеристику современному состоянию и факторам развития футбольных федераций Германии и Испании; 5. Определить важность фактора травм в деятельности немецкой и испанской футбольных федераций; 6. Раскрыть практику реализации медиа прав на футбольные трансляции в Германии и Испании; 7. Выявить перспективы и новации в деятельности футбольных федераций Германии и Испании. В данной работе используются следующие методы исследования: системный подход, для комплексного рассмотрения современного опыта деятельности Немецкого футбольного союза и Королевской Испанской футбольной федерации в контексте специфики организации футбольных федераций Европы, анализ документов, в частности, руководящих органов УЕФА и ФИФА, а также метод сравнения для характеристики новаций в деятельности футбольных федераций Германии и Испании на современном этапе. В результате исследования было определено, что современный опыт организации и деятельности Немецкого футбольного союза и Королевской Испанской футбольной федерации представляется эффективным для решения текущих задач развития футбольных федераций Европы, а также для построения качественно новых моделей организации и проведения спортивных мероприятий высшего уровня в долгосрочной перспективе.

The purpose of this final qualifying work is to reveal the specifics and features of the activities of European football federations using the example of the modern experience of the German Football Union and the Royal Spanish Football Federation. Problems that were solved during the study: 1. Identify the specifics of the participation of European football federations in the structure of FIFA and UEFA; 2. Determine the main vectors of formation and development of the German Football Association; 3. Reveal the features of the organization and activities of the Royal Spanish Football Federation; 4. Characterize the current state and factors of development of the football federations of Germany and Spain; 5. Determine the importance of the injury factor in the activities of the German and Spanish football federations; 6. Reveal the practice of implementing media rights to football broadcasts in Germany and Spain; 7. Identify prospects and innovations in the activities of the football federations of Germany and Spain. This work uses the following research methods: a systematic approach for a comprehensive review of the modern experience of the activities of the German Football Association and the Royal Spanish Football Federation in the context of the specific organization of European football federations, analysis of documents, in particular, the governing bodies of  UEFA and FIFA, as well as a comparison method for characteristics of innovations in the activities of the football federations of Germany and Spain at the present stage. As a result of the study, it was determined that the modern experience of the organization and activities of the German Football Union and the Royal Spanish Football Federation seems effective for solving the current problems of the development of European football federations, as well as for building qualitatively new models for organizing and holding top-level sporting events in the long term.
