Annotation
Surface runoff in ports is a mixture of various pollutants formed at berthing facilities under the influence of motor transport, technological equipment and transported goods. These pollutants pose a serious threat to the ecosystems of port waters and the safety of berthing facilities. Despite considerable attention to the problem of water pollution, the scientific literature leaves many gaps in understanding the processes of formation, collection, dis-charge and purification of surface runoff from port hydraulic structures. This creates the need to develop effective strategies to manage this problem. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current state of wastewater treatment methods from the territory of port hydraulic structures.
