Объект исследования – торговый центр. Предмет исследования – пожарная опасность здания торгового центра. Цель исследования − проанализировать пожарную опасность здания торгового центра и разработать меры его противопожарной защиты. Для выполнения поставленной цели необходимо решить следующие задачи: 1. Исследование особенностей обеспечения пожарной безопасности зданий торговых центров. 2. Анализ пожарной опасности здания торгового центра. 3. Оценка пожарного риска здания торгового центра. 4. Разработка мер противопожарной защиты здания торгового центра. В данном исследовании применялись такие методы научного исследования, как анализ, синтез, моделирование, обобщение, классификация. В ходе работы были рассмотрены проблемные вопросы обеспечения пожарной безопасности зданий торговых центров с атриумами, проведен анализ пожарной опасности здания торгового центра и выявлены нарушения требований. Также в работе было рассчитана величина пожарного риска для выбранного объекта защиты и разработаны меры противопожарной защиты здания торгового центра. Для решения поставленных задач были использованы следующие информационные технологии: официальный интернет-портал правовой информации (pravo.gov.ru), электронная библиотека СПбПУ (elib.spbstu.ru), научная электронная библиотека (www.elibrary.ru) для анализа проблемных вопросов обеспечения пожарной безопасности зданий торговых центров с атриумами и разработки мер противопожарной защиты объекта; программное обеспечение Microsoft Excel для расчета категории складского помещения по взрывопожарной и пожарной опасности; программное обеспечение PyroSim для расчета времени достижения предельно допустимых значений ОФП; программное обеспечение Pathfinder для расчета времени эвакуации людей из здания и времени существования скоплений людских потоков. Меры противопожарной защиты, разработанные в ходе исследования, можно внедрить на выбранный объект для снижения величины пожарного риска до нормативного.

The object of the study is a shopping mall. The subject of the study is the fire hazard of the shopping center building. The purpose of the study is to analyze the fire hazard of the shopping center building and develop measures for its fire protection. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: 1. The study of the features of ensuring fire safety of shopping center buildings. 2. Fire hazard analysis of the shopping center building. 3. Assessment of the fire risk of the shopping center building. 4. Development of fire protection measures for the shopping center building. In this study, such methods of scientific research as analysis, synthesis, modeling, generalization, classification were used. As a result of the work, problematic issues of ensuring fire safety of shopping center buildings with atriums were considered, an analysis of the fire danger of the shopping center building was carried out and violations of the requirements were identified. Also, the value of the individual fire risk for the selected object of protection was calculated and fire protection measures for the shopping center building were developed. The following information technologies were used to solve the tasks set: the official Internet portal of legal information (pravo.gov.ru), SPbPU Electronic Library (elib.spbstu.ru), scientific electronic library (www.elibrary.ru) for the analysis of problematic issues of ensuring fire safety of shopping center buildings with atriums and the development of fire protection measures for the facility; Microsoft Excel software for calculating the category of warehouse premises for explosion and fire hazard; PyroSim software for calculating the time to reach the maximum permissible values of the OFP; Pathfinder software for calculating the time of evacuation of people from a building and the time of existence of clusters of human flows. The fire protection measures developed during the study can be implemented at the selected facility to reduce the fire risk to the regulatory level.
