In the modern world, professional sports is becoming an increasingly competitive and dynamic field of activity, where the success of a team depends not only on the individual skill of athletes, but also on their ability to adapt to new conditions and the training process. In this context, adapting professional athletes to a new team and training process becomes an important issue, especially in such a dynamic sport as ice hockey. The purpose of this masters thesis is to study the processes of adaptation of professional hockey players to a new team and training process. The object of the study is professional athletes joining a new team and undergoing a training process in ice hockey. The subject of the study is the processes of adaptation of professional hockey players to the new team and the training process in the conditions of modern ice hockey. Based on the results of monitoring and recognition of the importance of general physical fitness for the technical skills and sports achievements of hockey players adapting to new team conditions, a targeted training program was created. This program is divided into two key modules: basic and adaptive. The basic module consists of group training, while the adaptive module is designed for personalized training of athletes, taking into account research data.
