Целью данного исследования является изучение возможностей и проблем развития инфраструктуры агломерации Сямынь в контексте китайско-российского экономического и культурного партнерства. Для достижения данной цели были выделены следующие задачи: 1. Определение текущего состояния инфраструктуры агломерации Сямынь и выявление основных проблем. 2. Анализ опыта строительства инфраструктуры в других китайских и российских регионах для выявления успешных практик. 3. Выявление перспективных направлений развития инфраструктуры в Сямынь и предложение конкретных мер для их реализации. 4. Исследование потенциала культурного сотрудничества между двумя странами в развитии инфраструктуры Сямыньского кластера. 5. Разработка модели экономического и культурного сотрудничества для успешного развития инфраструктуры агломерации. На основании пространственного анализа с изучением городской пространственной структуры с помощью карт города Сямэнь, чертежей планирования и дизайна, городских руин, местных хроник, современной истории и других документов сделано описание этапов развития города Сямэнь. Проанализированы перспективы развития агломерации Сямэнь и определены основные тренды российско-китайского сотрудничества.

The purpose of this study is to study the opportunities and problems of infrastructure development of the Xiamen agglomeration in the context of the Chinese-Russian economic and cultural partnership. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were identified: 1. Determining the current state of the infrastructure of the Xiamen agglomeration and identifying the main problems. 2. Analysis of experience in infrastructure construction in other Chinese and Russian regions to identify successful practices. 3. Identifying promising areas for infrastructure development in Xiamen and proposing specific measures for their implementation. 4. A study of the potential of cultural cooperation between the two countries in the development of infrastructure of the Xiamen cluster. 5. Development of a model of economic and cultural cooperation for the successful development of agglomeration infrastructure. Based on spatial analysis of urban spatial structure using maps of Xiamen city, planning and design drawings, urban ruins, local chronicles, modern history and other documents, a description of the stages of Xiamen city development has been made. The prospects for the development of the Xiamen agglomeration have been analyzed, and the main trends of Russian-Chinese cooperation have been identified.
