Данная работа разработка плана ликвидации последствий разрушений торгового центра. Раздел деблокирования пострадавших. Объектом исследования является раздел плана ликвидации последствий разрушений торгового центра: деблокирование пострадавших. Предметом исследования является перспективные технологии по деблокированию пострадавших. Целью данной работы состоит в разработке плана ликвидации последствий разрушений торгового центра. Раздел деблокирования пострадавших. Задачи, которые выполнены в ходе работы: 1.Анализ негативных последствий при разрушении типового ТЦ. 2.Выбор и обоснование наиболее перспективных способов по деблокированию пострадавших при разрушении ТЦ. 3.Разработка плана ликвидации последствий разрушений ТЦ. Раздел деблокирования. В результате работы были проанализированы нормативно правовые акты в области защиты населения и территорий от ЧС природного и техногенного характера.  Исходя из сценария развития ЧС, анализа технических и конструктивных особенностей типового торгового центра, были проведены необходимые расчеты для определения потребного количества сил и средств, участвующих в ликвидации последствий ЧС, связанной с разрушением здания. Также был сделан анализ перспективных способов по деблокированию пострадавших при разрушении ТЦ . Для достижения данных результатов в работе были использованы такие информационные технологии, как Политехническая электронная библиотека (elib.spbstu.ru). Разработка возможного сценария развития чрезвычайных ситуаций в типовом торговом центре на базе Visio.

The purpose of this work is to develop a plan that can explain how to eliminate the consequences of the destruction of the shopping center. The section for unblocking victims. Tasks that are completed during the work: 1. Analysis of the negative consequences of the destruction of a typical shopping center. 2. Selection and justification of the most promising ways to unblock victims of the destruction of the shopping center. 3. Development of a plan to eliminate the consequences of the destruction of the shopping center. The release section. The result of the work is normative legal acts in the field of protection of the population and territories from natural and man-made emergencies were analyzed. Based on the scenario of the development of an emergency, the analysis of the technical and design features of a typical shopping center, the necessary calculations were carried out to determine the required number of forces and means involved in the elimination of the consequences of an emergency related to the destruction of the building. Analytics was also made of promising ways to unblock victims of the destruction of the shopping center. To achieve these results the information technologies such as the Poly-technic Electronic Library were used in the work (elib.spbstu.ru) was used. Development of a possible scenario for the development of emergency situa-tions in a typical shopping center is based on Visio.
