Данная работа посвящена сравнительному исследованию чайных культур в России и Китае. Целью исследования является выявление сходств и различий в традициях потребления чая, истории развития чайной культуры, социальных практиках и влиянии глобализации на обе страны. В первой части работы рассматривается история и эволюция чайной культуры в Китае, начиная с древних времен до наших дней. Описываются основные этапы развития чайного производства, особенности чайных церемоний и роль чая в китайской культуре и обществе. Во второй части работы анализируется развитие чайной культуры в России, начиная с момента ее появления в XVII веке. Особое внимание уделяется адаптации китайских чайных традиций в российском контексте, а также возникновению и развитию самобытных российских чайных обычаев. Третья часть работы посвящена сравнительному анализу чайных культур двух стран. Рассматриваются общие и различающиеся элементы в традициях чаепития, социальные функции чая, а также влияние экономических и культурных обменов между Россией и Китаем на формирование современных чайных практик. В заключении делаются выводы о значимости чайной культуры в обеих странах и перспективах ее развития в условиях глобализации. Работа может быть полезна для культурологов, историков, а также всех интересующихся вопросами межкультурного взаимодействия и традициями потребления чая.

This work is dedicated to the comparative study of tea cultures in Russia and China. The aim of the research is to identify similarities and differences in tea consumption traditions, the history of tea culture development, social practices, and the influence of globalization on both countries. The first part of the work examines the history and evolution of tea culture in China, from ancient times to the present day. It describes the main stages of tea production development, the peculiarities of tea ceremonies, and the role of tea in Chinese culture and society. The second part of the work analyzes the development of tea culture in Russia, starting from its appearance in the 17th century. Special attention is paid to the adaptation of Chinese tea traditions in the Russian context, as well as the emergence and development of unique Russian tea customs. The third part of the work is devoted to the comparative analysis of the tea cultures of the two countries. It examines the common and differing elements in tea drinking traditions, the social functions of tea, and the impact of economic and cultural exchanges between Russia and China on the formation of modern tea practices. In conclusion, the significance of tea culture in both countries and its development prospects in the context of globalization are discussed.
