Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ влияния концепции устойчивого развития на эффективность функционирования ООО «Газпром инвест».  Для достижения цели были решены следующие задачи: 1. Исследованы теоретические основы концепции устойчивого развития в контексте компаний. 2. Представлены существующие подходы к оценке устойчивого развития компании. 3. Проанализировано влияние внедрения концепции устойчивого развития на эффективность функционирования компании посредством проведения корреляционно-регрессионного анализа. 4. Разработано мероприятие по повышению уровня устойчивого развития компании ООО «Газпром инвест». Поставленные задачи были выполнены с использованием офисного пакета MS Office и программы STATA. Предметом исследования является влияние ESG-факторов на эффективность функционирования компании. Объект исследования – компания ООО «Газпром инвест». В рамках работы представлены теоретические основы концепции устойчивого развития и подходы к оценке эффективности функционирования компании. Построен ряд регрессионных моделей, которые позволяют оценить взаимосвязь между степенью внедрения практик устойчивого развития и эффективностью функционирования компании. Проведен анализ внешней и внутренней среды ООО «Газпром инвест». На основе представленной информации и полученных выводов предложен инвестиционный проект, направленный на внедрение в деятельность компании ESG-практик, а также доказана его эффективность и оценена чувствительность проекта. Результаты данной работы будут интересны компаниям, заинтересованным в оценке влияния концепции устойчивого развития на эффективность функционирования.

The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the impact of the concept of sustainable development on the operating efficiency of Gazprom Invest LLC. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were solved: 1. The theoretical foundations of the concept of sustainable development in the context of companies are investigated. 2. The existing approaches to assessing the sustainable development of the company are presented. 3. The impact of the introduction of the concept of sustainable development on the efficiency of the companys functioning through correlation and regression analysis is analyzed. 4. An event has been developed to increase the level of sustainable development of Gazprom Invest LLC. The assigned tasks were completed using the MS Office suite and the STATA program. The subject of the study is the influence of ESG factors on the efficiency of the companys functioning. The object of the study is Gazprom Invest LLC. The study presents the theoretical foundations of the concept of sustainable development and approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the companys functioning. A few regression models have been built that allow us to assess the relationship between the degree of implementation of sustainable development practices and the effectiveness of the companys functioning. The analysis of the external and internal environment of Gazprom Invest LLC was carried out. Based on the information provided and the conclusions obtained, an investment project aimed at introducing ESG practices into the companys activities was proposed, as well as its effectiveness was proved, and the sensitivity of the project was assessed. The results of this work will be of interest to companies interested in assessing the impact of the concept of sustainable development on operational efficiency.
