Целью работы является исследование влияния экосистемы, созданной в рамках страны, на процесс внедрения цифровых валют центральных банков. Были решены следующие задачи: 1. Исследовать теоретические аспекты цифровых валют. 2. Проанализировать нормативно-правовые основы регулирования цифровых валют (мировой и российский опыт). 3. Определить классификацию независимых факторов исследования и результирующий показатель. 4. Проанализировать различные методы построения моделей и определить подходящие для исследования внедрения цифровых валют центральных банков. 5.  Провести сбор данных, исходя из выбранной классификации факторов. 6.  Исследовать влияние факторов путем построения моделей машинного обучения. Актуальность темы подчеркивается современным динамичным развитием финансовых технологий, внедрением инновационных методов платежей и появлением новых форм электронных активов. Исследование выполнено с помощью программных пакетов MS Office (Excel), а также c использованием инструментов языка Python (при помощи Google Colab). По результатам проведенного анализа выдвинутая гипотеза о влиянии экосистемы страны на процесс внедрения цифровых валют центральных банков была подтверждена, а выявленные факторы являются довольно значимыми.

The purpose of the work is to investigate the impact of the ecosystem created within a country on the implementation process of central bank digital currencies. The following tasks have been addressed: 1. Exploring the theoretical aspects of digital currencies. 2. Analysing the legal and regulatory framework for the regulation of digital currencies (global and Russian experience). 3. Determining the classification of independent research factors and the resulting indicator. 4. Analysing various methods of model building and identifying suitable central banks for the study of digital currencies implementation. 5.  Collecting data based on the chosen classification of factors. 6.  Investigating the influence of factors by building machine learning models. The relevance of the topic is emphasised by the current dynamic development of financial technologies, the introduction of innovative payment methods and the emergence of new forms of electronic assets. The research was carried out with the help of MS Office software packages (Excel), as well as using Python language tools (using Google Colab). According to the results of the analysis, the hypothesis about the influence of the countrys ecosystem on the process of introducing digital currencies of central banks was confirmed, and the identified factors are quite significant.
