Объект исследования: ПАО «Лукойл». Предметом исследования является влияние ESG-факторов на финансовые результаты предприятия. В работе были использованы следующие методы исследования: аналитический метод, метод синтеза, SWAT-анализ и регрессионный анализ. Целью работы является оценка степени влияния социальных, экологических и корпоративно-управленческих факторов на финансовые показатели предприятия. В соответствии с поставленной целью в ходе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Теоретически обоснована актуальность концепции ESG. 2. Разработана модель оценки влияния ESG-факторов на финансовые показатели компаний. 3. Разработаны рекомендации по улучшению показателей устойчивого развития в стратегию предприятия. В ходе работы были использованы следующие программные продукты: − Microsoft Word – написание работы, формирование таблиц и рисунков − Microsoft Excel – проведение расчетов относительно финансовых. показателей организации. − STATA – проведение регрессионного анализа и обработки данных. Результатами работы является оценка влияния ESG-факторов на финансовые показатели предприятий и мероприятия по внедрению ESG-практик в стратегию компании.

The object of the study: PJSC Lukoil. The subject of the study is the influence of ESG factors on the financial results of the enterprise. The following research methods were used: analytical method, synthesis method, SWAT analysis and regression analysis. The purpose of the work is to assess the degree of influence of social, environmental and corporate management factors on the financial performance of the enterprise. In accordance with the set goal, the following tasks were solved: 1. The relevance of the ESG concept is theoretically justified. 2. A model has been developed to assess the impact of ESG factors on the financial performance of companies 3. Recommendations have been developed to improve the indicators of sustainable development in the companys strategy. In the course of the work, the following software products were used: –Microsoft Word – writing the work, forming tables and figures. –Microsoft Excel – making calculations regarding the financial performance of the organization. –STATA – regression analysis and data processing. The results of the work are an assessment of the impact of ESG factors on the financial performance of enterprises and measures to introduce ESG practices into the companys strategy.
