Целью работы является разработка предложений по развитию площадок технологических инициатив в рамках программ импортозамещения на предприятиях нефтегазового комплекса. Объект исследования: предприятия нефтегазового комплекса в условиях реализации программ импортозамещения. Работа выполнена на базе нормативно-правовых актов Российской Федерации в области импортозамещения, отечественной научной литературы по теме исследования, данных исследуемых предприятий и открытых источников. Использованные методы: применялись общенаучные методы исследования (контентный и сравнительный анализ), специфические методы исследования (метод оценки рисков проекта). Основные результаты работы: - описано влияние западных санкций на развитие нефтегазового комплекса России, сформулированы основные направления импортозамещения в высокотехнологичных сферах Российской Федерации, выделены принципы и подходы к формированию площадок по развитию технологических инициатив; - составлена производственно-экономическая характеристика ПАО «Газпром нефть», рассмотрена деятельность компании в области развития импортозамещения и технологических партнерств; - проведен анализ развития организаций в области поддержки стартапов в России, разработаны предложения по развитию технологических инициатив и партнерств на базе выбранной нефтегазовой компании ПАО «Газпром нефть» и рассчитана их экономическая эффективность. Область применения результатов ВКР: развитие технологических инициатив в нефтегазовом комплексе. В работе использовались Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the study is to develop proposals for the development of technological initiatives within the framework of import substitution programs at oil and gas enterprises. The object of the study: enterprises of the oil and gas complex in the context of the implementation of import substitution programs. The study was carried out on the basis of regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of import substitution, domestic scientific literature on the subject of the study, data from the studied enterprises and open sources. Research methods: general scientific research methods (content and comparative analysis), specific research methods (project risk assessment method) were used. The main results of the study: - the impact of Western sanctions on the development of the Russian oil and gas complex is described, the main directions of import substitution in high-tech sectors of the Russian Federation are formulated, principles and approaches to the formation of platforms for the development of technological initiatives are highlighted; - the production and economic characteristics of Gazprom Neft PJSC have been compiled, the companys activities in the field of import substitution and technological partnerships have been reviewed; - an analysis of the development of organizations in the field of startup support in Russia has been carried out, proposals have been developed for the development of technological initiatives and partnerships based on the selected oil and gas company Gazprom Neft PJSC and their economic efficiency has been calculated. Application field: the development of technological initiatives in the oil and gas industry. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) were used in the work. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined.
