Целью работы является планирование проекта по внедрению системы электронного документооборота процесса обеспечения корпоративного питания в многопрофильной компании. Задачи работы: - Анализ компании и её направлений деятельности; - Выявление проблем проблем в процессе документооборота; - Поиск наиболее подходящего решения; - Разработка архитектурных моделей процесса; - Разработка плана внедрения электронной системы документооборота; - Расчёт стоимости и сроков реализации проекта; - Оценка качественной и количественной эффективности проекта. Использованные методы: сбор и анализ данных, создание моделей бизнес-процесса при помощи методологии IDEF0 и языка ArchiMate. Результаты работы: - Произведён анализ компании и направлений деятельности; - Создана бизнес-модель Остервальдера, смоделирован процесс документооборота в подразделении организации корпоративного питания AS-IS/TO-BE и архитектура его ИТ-поддержки; - Разработан план проекта внедрения системы электронного документооборота; - Произведена оценка экономической эффективности проекта внедрения. Актуальность темы обусловлена ролью документооборота в бизнесе и темпами цифровизации в современном мире. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the work is to plan a project to implement an electronic document management system for the process of providing corporate catering in a multidisciplinary company. Tasks of the work: - Analysis of the company and its areas of activity; - Identifying problems in the document flow process; - Search for the most suitable solution; - Development of architectural models of the process; - Development of a plan for the implementation of an electronic document; management system; - Calculation of the cost and timing of the project; - Assessing the qualitative and quantitative effectiveness of the project. Methods used: data collection and analysis, creation of business process models using the IDEF0 methodology and the ArchiMate language. Work results: - An analysis of the company and areas of activity was carried out; - Osterwalder’s business model was created, the document flow process in the AS-IS/TO-BE corporate catering division and the architecture of its IT support were modeled; - Developed a project plan for the implementation of an electronic document management system - The economic efficiency of the implementation project was assessed. The relevance of the topic is due to the role of document flow in business and the pace of digitalization in the modern world. Conclusions. The objectives of the WRC have been resolved, the goal has been achieved, and the scope of application of the results has been determined.
