Целью работы является разработка и экономическое обоснование мероприятий по развитию системы управления затратами в отделе закупок ООО «Газпром ЦПС». Работа выполнена на базе ООО «Газпром ЦПС». Использованные методы: анализ, синтез, описание, моделирование бизнес-процессов, методы оценки эффективности проектов, обработка открытых источников, Основные результаты работы: - разработаны основные теоретические аспекты управления затратами на предприятии; - составлена характеристика компании ООО «Газпром ЦПС»; - проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия; - проведен анализ существующей системы управления затратами в отделе закупок; - разработаны мероприятия по развитию системы управления затратами в отделе закупок; - сформирована оценка эффективности предложенных мероприятий по развитию системы управления затратами в отделе закупок. Область применения результатов ВКР разработанные мероприятия предназначены для реализации в ООО «Газпром ЦПС», которые в дальнейшем можно внедрить в другие компании отрасли. При работе над ВКР использованы цифровые технологии: программные продукты MS Office, Draw.io для построения бизнес-моделей. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the graduate qualification work is to develop and economically justify measures for the development of a cost management system in the procurement department of Gazprom CPS LLC. The work was carried out on the basis of Gazprom CPS LLC. Methods used: analysis, synthesis, description, modeling of business processes, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of projects, processing of open sources. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - the main theoretical aspects of cost management in the enterprise have been developed; - the characteristics of the Gazprom CPS LLC company have been compiled; - an analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise was carried out; - an analysis of the existing cost management system in the procurement department has been carried out; - measures have been developed to develop a cost management system in the procurement department; - an assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed measures for the development of a cost management system in the procurement department has been formed. The scope of application of the results of the graduate qualification work the developed measures are intended for implementation in Gazprom CPS LLC, which can later be implemented in other companies in the industry. When working on the final qualification work, digital technologies were used: MS Office software products, Draw.io to build business models. Conclusions. The tasks of the final qualification work have been solved, the goal has been achieved, and the scope of application of the results has been determined.
