Целью работы является проведение анализа экономической эффективности проекта по внедрению СЭД на предприятии (на примере ООО «Health&Nutrition»). Были решены следующие задачи: изучить понятие «электронный документооборот» в современной  экономической литературе; рассмотреть  российский и зарубежный рынки СЭД; рассмотреть основные методы оценки экономической эффективности; организационно-управленческих инноваций для внедрения СЭД; дать организационно-экономическую характеристику ООО «Health&Nutrition»; провести анализ экономической эффективнсоти проекта по внедрению СЭД в ООО «Health&Nutrition»; выявить основные проблемы и пути их решения в аспекте проведенного анализа экономической эффективности проекта по внедрению автоматизации документооборота в деятельность  ООО «Health&Nutrition». Актуальность темы обусловлена Но не смотря на многочисленные исследования в настоящее время до сих пор возникают вопросы внедрения СЭД в деятельность предприятий, ведь на пути внедрения возникает множество проблем, к примеру, обоснование инвестиционных проектов для привлечения финансирования по внедрению СЭД, обучение персонала по работе с СЭД, выбор наиболее оптимальной СЭД и т.д. В связи с этим, тема нашего исследования «Оценка инвестиционной привлекательности проекта по автоматизации документооборота на примере ООО «Health&Nutrition» является актуальной и не вызывает сомнений. Источниками информации выступили данные отечественной и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет-ресурсов и аналитических агентств. Предложен инвестиционный проект по внедрению системы электронного документооборота для ООО «Health&Nutrition» с учетом отраслевых особенностей предприятия. Оценка показателей проекта и расчет финансовых показателей производились с помощью пакета MS Office (Excel).

The purpose of the work is to analyze the economic efficiency of the project for the implementation of EDS at the enterprise (using the example of Health&Nutrition LLC). The following tasks were solved: study the concept of “electronic document management” in modern economic literature;  consider the Russian and foreign EDMS markets; consider the main methods for assessing economic efficiency; organizational and managerial innovations for the implementation of EDMS; give the organizational and economic characteristics of Health&Nutrition LLC; carry out an analysis of the economic efficiency of the project for the implementation of EDS at Health&Nutrition LLC; identify the main problems and ways to solve them in terms of the analysis of the economic efficiency of the project to introduce document automation in the activities of Health&Nutrition LLC. The relevance of the topic is due to But despite numerous studies, at present, issues of introducing EDS into the activities of enterprises still arise, because many problems arise along the way of implementation, for example, justification of investment projects to attract financing for the implementation of EDS, training of personnel to work with EDS , selection of the most optimal EDMS, etc. In this regard, the topic of our research, “Assessing the investment attractiveness of a document automation project using the example of Health&Nutrition LLC,” is relevant and beyond doubt. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign scientific research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies. An investment project has been proposed for the implementation of an electronic document management system for Health&Nutrition LLC, taking into account the industry characteristics of the enterprise. The evaluation of the project indicators and the calculation of financial indicators were carried out using the MS Office (Excel) package.
