Целью работы является обоснование необходимости внедрения BI-системы в производственной компании. Задачи работы: 1. Исследование теоретических аспектов бизнес-аналитики для реализации проекта внедрения BI-системы. 2. Анализ деятельности производственной компании, выявление недостатков текущего подхода и обоснование необходимости внедрения. 3. Разработка ограничений и требований к системе. Предложение решения в виде внедрения BI-системы. Построение целевой архитектуры бизнес- процессов компании. 4. Разработка плана внедрения системы и оценка результатов. Результаты работы: 1. Рассмотрены теоретические аспекты бизнес-аналитики, необходимые для осуществления проекта внедрения. 2. Проведен анализ деятельности производственной компании, выявлены узкие места и предложены рекомендации по устранению. 3. Проведен сравнительный анализ компонентов BI-системы, предложена архитектура системы. Была построена целевая архитектура бизнес-процессов компании. 4. Составлен проект внедрения предложенного решения. 5. Проведена оценка эффективности внедрения BI-системы. Были выделены качественные и количественные полезные эффекты от внедрения системы. Практическая значимость работы заключается в возможности использования результатов исследования на практике в деятельности компании ОАО «Завод Продмаш». Была обоснована необходимость внедрения BI-системы для повышения эффективности деятельности компании, также определены экономические перспективы внедрения. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the research is the rationale for implementation of BI-system in a manufacturing company. Tasks of work: 1. Study of the theoretical aspects of business analytics for the implementation of the BI-system implementation project. 2. Analysis of the manufacturing companys activities, identification of shortcomings of the current approach and justification of the need for implementation. 3. Development of restrictions and requirements for the system. Offering a solution in the form of a BI-system implementation. Building the target architecture of the companys business processes. 4. Development of a system implementation plan and evaluation of the results. Results of work: 1.The theoretical aspects of business intelligence necessary for the implementation of the implementation project are considered. 2. The analysis of the production companys activities was carried out, bottlenecks were identified and recommendations for elimination were proposed. 3. A comparative analysis of the components of the BI system was carried out, and a system architecture was proposed. The target architecture of the companys business processes was built. 4. A project for implementing the proposed solution has been drawn up. 5. The effectiveness of the BI system implementation was assessed. Qualitative and quantitative beneficial effects from the implementation of the system were highlighted. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using the results of the research in practice in the activities of JSC "Plant Prodmash". The necessity of implementing a BI-system to improve the efficiency of the companys activities was justified, and the economic prospects for implementation were also determined. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
