Целью данной работы является разработка стратегии развития Газстройпрома и предложение мероприятий в рамках выбранной стратегии на основе глубокого анализа внешней и внутренней среды организации. Были решены следующие задачи: - рассмотреть теоретические основы формирования стратегии развития; - провести анализ стратегии развития организации Газстройпром; - разработать и предложить конкретные методы при разработке стратегии развития Газстройпром и оценить их эффективность. Актуальность темы обусловлена тем, что строительная отрасль, являясь одним из ключевых секторов российской экономики, сталкивается с постоянно меняющейся рыночной конъюнктурой. Актуальность выбранной темы обоснована необходимостью адаптации стратегии Газстройпром к текущим и будущим вызовам отрасли. Тема имеет высокую практическую значимость, поскольку предлагает конкретные рекомендации и стратегические подходы, которые могут быть использованы для улучшения деятельности не только Газстройпром, но и других организаций строительной отрасли. Источниками информации выступили  данные  отечественной  и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет-ресурсов. Оценка инвестиционной привлекательности проекта проводилась с помощью пакета MS Office (Excel).

The purpose of this work is to develop a strategy for the development of Gazprom and propose measures within the framework of the chosen strategy based on an in-depth analysis of the external and internal environment of the organization. The following tasks were solved: - to consider the theoretical foundations of the formation of a development strategy; - to analyze the development strategy of the Gazstroyprom organization; - to develop and propose specific methods in developing the development strategy of Gazstroyprom and evaluate their effectiveness. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the construction industry, being one of the key sectors of the Russian economy, is faced with an ever-changing market environment. The relevance of the chosen topic is justified by the need to adapt Gazproms strategy to the current and future challenges of the industry. The topic is of high practical importance, as it offers specific recommendations and strategic approaches that can be used to improve the activities of not only Gazstroyprom, but also other organizations in the construction industry. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign scientific research literature, official Internet resources. The investment attractiveness of the project was assessed using the MS Office (Excel) package.
