Целью работы является внедрение информационной системы организации документооборота 1С: Документооборот. Задачи работы: - Характеристика предприятия, его организационной структуры, выявление проблем, требующих решения; - Формирование требований к интегрированной информационной системе; - Анализ рынка и выбор наиболее подходящей системы; - Внедрение ИС; - Оценка экономической эффективности проекта. Работа выполнялось на базе «ООО «НПО СПЕКТРОН». Методы исследования: мультикритериальный выбор, оценка экономической эффективности. Основные результаты работы: - Проведено обследование предприятия, выявлены проблемы, определены цели внедрения ИС; - сформированы требования к системе; - проведен анализ рынка систем для организации работы с документацией и обоснован выбор подходящего решения; - представлен план внедрения; - продемонстрированы экономические вычисления. Практическая значимость работы определяется оптимизацией бизнес-процессов, связанных с документооборотом на предприятии, ростом финансовых и качественных показателей компании. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the research is implementation of an information system for organizing document flow 1C: Document flow. Tasks of the work: - Characteristics of the enterprise, its organizational structure, identification of problems that require solutions; - Formation of requirements for an integrated information system; - Market analysis and selection of the most suitable system; - Introduction of IP; - Assessment of the economic efficiency of the project. The research was carried out on the basis of «SPECTRON» NPO» LTD Research methods: multi-criteria selection, economic efficiency assessment. The main results of the study: - A survey of the enterprise was carried out, problems were identified, and the goals of IS implementation were determined; - requirements for the system have been formed; - an analysis of the market for systems for organizing work with documentation was carried out and the choice of a suitable solution was justified; - the implementation plan is presented; - economic calculations are demonstrated. The practical significance of the work is determined by optimization of business processes related to document flow in the enterprise, growth of the company’s financial and quality indicators. Conclusions. The objectives of the GQP have been resolved, the goal has been achieved, and the scope of application of the results has been determined.
