Предметом исследования являются транснациональные корпорации, осуществляющие деятельность в Испании и Латинской Америке, и степень их влияния на политику этих стран. Цель исследования - определить влияние транснациональных корпораций на политические процессы в испаноговорящих странах на современном этапе и выявить методы, с помощью которых правительства борются с воздействием такого рода. Методология исследования включает в себя исторический анализ., комплексный анализ, качественный и количественный анализ данных, эмпирический анализ. В результате исследования изучена история возникновения ТНК, определены критерии ТНК и их современные классификации, принципы взаимодействия государств и корпораций на современном этапе. Проанализирована отраслевая и географическая структура ТНК в изучаемых регионах и выявлено влияние ТНК как на политику, так и на остальные сферы жизни общества. Данная работа выявила, что страны изучаемого региона подвержены влиянию лоббистской политики ТНК, а так же то, что правовая база для контролирования деятельности ТНК данный момент остается слабой и требует дальнейшей проработки и усовершенствования.

The subject of the research is transnational corporations operating in Spain and Latin America, and the degree of their influence on the politics of these countries. The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of transnational corporations on political processes in Spanish-speaking countries at the present stage and to identify the methods by which governments combat this kind of influence. The research methodology includes historical analysis, comprehensive analysis, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, empirical analysis. As a result of the study, the history of the emergence of transnational corporations has been studied, the criteria for transnational corporations and their modern classifications have been determined, and the principles of interaction between states and corporations at the present stage have been identified. The sectoral and geographical structure of transnational corporations in the studied regions has been analyzed, revealing the impact of transnational corporations on both politics and other spheres of society. This work revealed that the countries of the studied region are subject to the influence of the lobbying policies of TNCs, as well as the fact that the legal framework for controlling the activities of TNCs currently remains weak and requires further development and improvement.
