Данная работа посвящена исследованию содействия Испании в диалоге между Европейским Союзом и Латинской Америкой. Особое внимание уделено развитию отношений, особенностям взаимодействия между регионами, а также перспективам Испании при сотрудничестве регионов. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. обозначить региональные особенности Латинской Америки; 2. выявить интересы Европейского Союза в Латинской Америке; 3. охарактеризовать развитие отношений между Евросоюзом и странами Латинской Америкой; 4. проанализировать основные этапы взаимодействия Испании с Латиноамериканским регионом; 5. определить возможные перспективы испанской политики в Латинской Америке. Работа проведена на анализе отечественной и зарубежной литературы для детализации исследуемого предмета с целью конкретного изучения политико-экономического взаимодействия Латинской Америки и Евросоюза; ретроспективном анализе для получения сведений о территории Латинской Америки за прошедшие периоды времени; методе синтеза для обобщения показателей результативности дипломатических мероприятий при формировании общей картины развития международных отношений ЕС и стран Латинской Америки; методе индукции для прогнозирования возможного развития современной политической ситуации на основе ряда ключевых событий. В результате были проанализированы роль Испании в качестве моста между двумя регионами и дальнейшие перспективы Мадрида при взаимодействии ЕС и Латинской Америки. Также были охарактеризованы развитие отношений между Евросоюзом и странами Латинской Америки и этапы взаимодействия Испании с латиноамериканским регионом. Были сделаны выводы о положительной динамике отношений двух регионов при посредничестве Мадрида.

This work is devoted to the study of Spain’s assistance in dialogue between the European Union and Latin America. Special attention is paid to the development of relations, the peculiarities of interaction between regions, as well as the prospects of Spain with the cooperation of the regions. The research set the following goals: 1. To identify the regional features of Latin America; 2. To reveal the interests of the EU in Latin America; 3. To characterize the development of relations between the EU and Latin American countries; 4. To analyze the main stages of Spain’s interaction with the Latin American region; 5. To determine the possible prospects of Spanish policy in Latin America. The work is based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature to detail the subject under study in order to specifically study the political and economic interaction between Latin America and the European Union; a retrospective analysis to obtain information about the territory of Latin America over the past time periods; a synthesis method to summarize the performance indicators of diplomatic events in forming an overall picture of the development of international relations between the EU and Latin American countries; the induction method for predicting the possible development of the modern political situation based on a number of key events. As a result, the role of Spain as a bridge between the two regions and the prospects of Madrid in the interaction between the EU and Latin America were analyzed. The development of relations between the European Union and Latin American countries and the stages of Spains interaction with the Latin American region were also described. Conclusions were drawn about the positive dynamics of relations between the two regions through the mediation of Madrid.
