Основная цель работы заключается в изучении исторических особенностей отношений между Россией и Африкой и анализе перспектив развития международных отношений между странами с учетом современной геополитической обстановки. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: Изучить российские интересы и присутствие России в Африке в прошлом, проанализировать развитие отношений в постсоветский период 2) Проанализировать современные перспективы развития отношений России и Африки. 3) Выявить особенности политического взаимодействия, направленность совместных проектов государств и особенности экономических интеграционных инициатив России и Африки. 4) Сформулировать возможности сотрудничества России и Африки в рамках международных организаций, особенности сотрудничества в области науки и исследований, культурного и образовательного обмена. 5) Определить роль других глобальных акторов в отношениях между Россией и Африкой, рассмотреть перспективы развития международных отношений между Россией и Африкой. Результатом работы являются анализ политической, экономической, социальной, культурной и образовательной сфер в развитии международных отношений России и Африки.

The main purpose of the work is to study the historical features of relations between Russia and Africa and analyze the prospects for the development of international relations between the countries, taking into account the current geopolitical situation. In the course of the research, the following tasks were solved: 1)To study Russian interests and Russias presence in Africa in the past, to analyze the development of relations in the post-Soviet period, 2) To analyze the current prospects for the development of relations between Russia and Africa, 3) To identify the features of political interaction, the orientation of joint projects of states and the features of economic integration initiatives of Russia and Africa, 4) To formulate the possibilities of cooperation between Russia and Africa within the framework of international organizations, the specifics of cooperation in the field of science and research, cultural and educational exchange, 5) To determine the role of other global factors in relations between Russia and Africa, to consider the prospects for the development of international relations between Russia and Africa. The result of the work is an analysis of the political, economic, social, cultural and educational spheres in the development of international relations between Russia and Africa.
