Данная работа посвящена характеристике ключевых векторов стратегического партнёрства России и Китая в рамках Шанхайской организации сотрудничества на современном этапе. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: - выявить основные предпосылки развития российско-китайского диалога в рамках «Шанхайской пятёрки»; - определить роль России и Китая в становлении правовой и институциональной структуры ШОС; - изучить основные векторы российско-китайского сотрудничества в ШОС; - исследовать современный этап укрепления партнёрских связей РФ и КНР в ШОС; - определить перспективы дальнейшего развития российско-китайского сотрудничества в ШОС. В данной работе используются следующие методы исследования: системный подход, для комплексного исследования ключевых векторов стратегического партнёрства России и Китая в рамках ШОС на современном этапе, анализ документов, в частности, органов государственной власти России и Китая, а также метод сравнения для характеристики успешных проектов и практик развития партнерских связей государств-членов ШОС на современном этапе. В ходе исследования были выявлены основные векторы стратегического партнёрства России и Китая в рамках Шанхайской организации сотрудничества на современном этапе, проанализированы стратегии и проекты государств по укреплению данного партнерства в долгосрочной перспективе.

This work is devoted to the characterization of the key vectors of the strategic partnership between Russia and China within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization at the present stage. Tasks that were solved during the research: - to identify the main prerequisites for the development of the Russian-Chinese dialogue within the framework of the Shanghai Five; - to determine the role of Russia and China in the formation of the legal and institutional structure of the SCO; - to study the main vectors of Russian-Chinese cooperation in the SCO; - to explore the current stage of strengthening partnership relations between Russia and China in the SCO; - to determine the prospects for further development of Russian-Chinese cooperation in the SCO. The following research methods are used in this work: a systematic approach for a comprehensive study of the key vectors of the strategic partnership between Russia and China within the SCO at the present stage, an analysis of documents, in particular, government authorities of Russia and China, as well as a comparison method to characterize successful projects and practices for the development of partnerships between the SCO member states at the present stage the stage. The study identified the main vectors of the strategic partnership between Russia and China within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization at the present stage, analyzed the strategies and projects of the states to strengthen this partnership in the long term.
