Предметом исследования является процесс внедрения цифровой платформы в инновационно-промышленный кластер. Цель данного исследования является разработка инструментария оценки целесообразности внедрения цифровой платформы инновационно-промышленного кластера. Метод данного исследования включает в себя: описание кластера «Развитие информационных технологий и радиоэлектроники Санкт-Петербурга» и его характеристику, проведённый анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности кластера «Развитие информационных технологий и радиоэлектроники Санкт-Петербурга», разработку алгоритма внедрения цифровой платформы в иновационно-промышленный кластер и выбор цифровой платформы, проведённое экономическое обоснование целесообразности внедрения цифровой платформы инновационно-промышленного кластера. Представлены результаты исследования для практического применения разработанного инструментария, а именно: разработан алгоритм внедрения цифровой платформы, который применим для иновационно-промышленного кластера, обоснована цифровая платформа, а также обоснована экономическая целесообразность внедрения цифровой платформы кластера. Результаты ВКР могут быть применены для оценки целесообразности внедрения цифровых платформ на уровне отдельных промышленных предприятий, в рамках программ цифровой трансформации. Это позволит обосновать экономическую эффективность инвестиций в цифровизацию производственных процессов. В работе анализ и обработка данных осуществлялись с использованием программного обеспечения STATA. Оценка показателей эффективности проекта производственной программы проводилась с помощью пакета MS Office (Excel).

The subject of the study is the process of implementation of the digital platform in the innovation industrial cluster. The purpose of this study is to develop a toolkit for assessing the feasibility of implementing a digital platform of innovation-industrial cluster. The method of this research includes: description of the cluster ‘Development of information technologies and radio electronics of St. Petersburg’ and its characteristics, conducted analysis of financial and economic activities of the cluster ‘Development of information technologies and radio electronics of St. Petersburg’, development of an algorithm for the introduction of a digital platform in the innovation-industrial cluster and the choice of digital platform, conducted economic feasibility study of the feasibility of implementing a digital platform of the innovation-industrial cluster. The author recorded the main results of the research and gave recommendations for the practical application of the developed tools, namely: developed an algorithm for the implementation of the digital platform, which will be applicable to the innovation-industrial cluster, selected the digital platform, and substantiated the economic feasibility of the implementation of the digital platform of the cluster. The results of the VKR can be applied to assess the feasibility of implementing digital platforms at the level of individual industrial enterprises, as part of digital transformation programmes. This will make it possible to justify the economic efficiency of investments in the digitisation of production processes. The data were analysed and processed using STATA software. The evaluation of efficiency indicators of the production programme project was carried out using MS Office (Excel) package.
