Данная работа посвящена выявлению наиболее важных черт, характерных для регионального сотрудничества стран Северной Европы, к которым относятся Швеция, Финляндия, Дания, Норвегия и Исландия. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. рассмотрение этапов формирования сотрудничества стран Северной Европы; 2. анализ современного состояния социальной, культурной и экологической сфер Серного сотрудничества; 3. изучение механизмов работы Северного сотрудничества; 4. исследование перспектив сотрудничества в североевропейском регионе. Значительную часть материалов для исследования составляют научные статьи, монографии, а также разделы официального вебсайта Северного сотрудничества. Анализ истории формирования Северного сотрудничества, современного состояния его отдельных сфер, а также перспектив позволили составить относительно полную картину региональной кооперации стран Северной Европы. В результате были выведены те особенности сотрудничества стран североевропейского региона, которые выделяют его на фоне других примеров региональной кооперации.

The given work is devoted to identifying the most important features of the regional cooperation of the Nordic countries that include Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, and Iceland. The research sets the following goals: 1. review of the formation stages of the cooperation within the Nordic region; 2. analysis of the current state of Nordic cooperation in the field of social, cultural, and environmental affairs; 3. detailed study of the components of Nordic cooperation; 4. exploration of the prospects for cooperation among Nordic countries. Scientific articles, books, as well as sections of the official website of the Nordic Cooperation, make up a significant part of the materials for this research. The analysis of the history of cooperation, the current state of its individual areas as well as prospects allowed to compile a relatively complete picture of cooperation within the Nordic region. As a result, the features of the regional cooperation of the Nordic countries were deduced, which allow to distinguish it from other examples of regional cooperation.
