Данная работа посвящена изучению истории, современного состояния экономических и торговых связей, а также проблемам и динамике развития всестороннего сотрудничества Китая и России в сфере электронной торговли между странами. Предметом исследования являлось сотрудничество КНР и РФ в осуществлении электронной торговли. Задачи, которые решались в работе: 1.исторический анализ особенностей возникновения и развития рынков электронной коммерции в России и в Китае; 2.изучение общих финансово-экономических и административных проблем развития трансграничной электронной торговли между странами; 3.исследование российских и китайских национальных особенностей функционирования рынков электронной коммерции; 4.анализ современного состояния, динамики развития и перспектив дальнейшего взаимного проникновения рынков электронной коммерции в политических и торгово-экономических взаимоотношениях между КНР и РФ. Работа основана на поиске и сопоставлении данных, полученных из российских и зарубежных источников.  В работе комплексно применялись хронологический и статистический методы, а также сравнительный анализ. Полученные в работе материалы и выводы могут быть успешно применены в дальнейших теоретических и методических работах.

This work is devoted to the study of the history, the current state of economic and trade relations, as well as the problems and dynamics of the development of comprehensive cooperation between China and Russia in the field of electronic commerce between the countries. The subject of the study was the cooperation between China and the Russian Federation in the implementation of electronic commerce. Tasks that were solved in the work: 1.historical analysis of the peculiarities of the emergence and development of e-commerce markets in Russia and China; 2.the study of common financial, economic and administrative problems of the development of cross-border electronic commerce between countries; 3.the study of Russian and Chinese national peculiarities of the functioning of e-commerce markets; 4.analysis of the current state, dynamics of development and prospects for further mutual penetration of e-commerce markets in political, trade and economic relations between the PRC and the Russian Federation. The work is based on the search and comparison of data obtained from Russian and foreign sources. The work comprehensively applied chronological and statistical methods, as well as comparative analysis. The materials and conclusions obtained in the work can be successfully applied in further theoretical and methodological work.
