Цель выпускной квалификационной работы – Сформировать эффективную методику оценки и прогнозирования финансовой устойчивости предприятий в рамках российско-китайского сотрудничества . Для достижения поставленной цели были поставлены и решены следующие задачи: - Охарактеризовать особенности оценки финансовой устойчивости российско-китайских предприятий; - Определить основные понятия и участники в теории финансовой несостоятельности; - Проанализировать зарубежную модель оценки вероятности банкротства предприятий.  - Проанализировать отечественные модели оценки вероятности банкротства предприятий.  - Провести анализ эффективности существующих методик оценки и прогнозирования финансовой несостоятельности предприятий.  - Предложить авторскую методику оценки и прогнозирования финансовой устойчивости предприятий. Объектом исследования работы является предприятия, осуществляющие российско-китайское сотрудничество. Предмет работы-финансовая устойчивость предприятий, осуществляющих российско-китайское сотрудничество. Данные были проанализированы и обработаны с помощью программного обеспечения STATA. Зависимости между данными социально-экономическими переменными были выявлены в рамках регрессионной модели, разработанной для STATA. В выпускной квалификационной работе использовались следующие методы:метод сравнительного анализа, метод таксономии, восходящий от общего к частному, систематический метод, сравнительный метод, метод обобщения и метод логического анализа.

The purpose of the final qualification work - To form an effective methodology for assessing and forecasting the financial stability of enterprises within the framework of Russian-Chinese cooperation. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set and solved: - To characterize the peculiarities of assessing the financial stability of Russian-Chinese enterprises; - To define the main concepts and participants in the theory of financial insolvency; - Analyze the foreign model of assessing the probability of bankruptcy of enterprises.  - Analyze domestic models of assessing the probability of bankruptcy of enterprises.  - To analyze the effectiveness of existing methods of assessing and forecasting the financial insolvency of enterprises.  - To propose the authors methodology for assessing and forecasting the financial stability of enterprises. The object of the study is the enterprises engaged in Russian-Chinese cooperation. The subject of the work is the financial stability of enterprises engaged in Russian Chinese cooperation. Data were analyzed and processed using STATA software. Dependencies between the given socio-economic variables were identified within the framework of the regression model developed for Stata. The following methods were used in the final qualification work: the method of comparative analysis, the method of taxonomy, ascending from the general to the particular, the systematic method, the comparative method, the method of generalization and the method of logical analysis.
