В соответствии с поставленной целью, формулируются следующие задачи: - определение теоретических подходов к анализу и сопоставлению различий между правовыми системами России и Китая; - описание исторического развития и состояния правовой системы России и Китая; - рассмотреть вопрос о сравнительном изучении значения российско - китайской правовой системы и ее вклада в правовое строительство двух стран. - проявить важность сравнительного изучения правовой системы Китая и России и ее вклад в правовое строительство двух стран. Было изучено значение сопоставления правовой системы Китая и России и ее каталитическая роль в построении правовой системы двух стран, а также подробно описаны различия между Китаем и Россией в правовой сфере. Конечным результатом анализа является то, что в будущем у Китая и России есть хорошие перспективы сотрудничества в области правовой системы.
