Целью данного исследования является изучение самой системы контроллинга, применение ее на предприятиях, эффективности ее использования, а также функций и концепций. Для достижения поставленной цели в работе были поставлены следующие задачи: - рассмотреть исторические периоды возникновения теорий мирового опыта внедрения контроллинга, теоретические основы системы управления. - рассмотреть концепции контроллинга, применяемые на предприятиях, как они работают, разобрать плюсы и минусы каждой из них; - разобрать основные показатели предприятия АО «ОДК-Климов», его финансовое состояние; - провести анализ внешней и внутренней среды компании, и анализ системы управления предприятием; - разработать предложения по совершенствованию системы управления предприятием при помощи инструментов контроллинга. В рамках выпускной квалификационной работы были использованы следующие методы исследования: аналитический метод, теоретический анализ экономической литературы, обобщение и систематизация полученной информации. Для выполнения аналитической и инвестиционной части были использованы такие программные продукты, как 1C: Предприятие, MS Word, MS Excel. В программе 1C: Предприятие были собраны сведения об организации, о ее текущем финансовом состоянии. MS Word использовался для систематизации собранных данных и объяснений полученных результатов. Для анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия и оценки инвестиционной привлекательности проекта по улучшению состояния организации использовался пакет MS Office Excel.

Topic of the final qualifying work: “Improving the activities of the enterprise (by order of JSC UEC-Klimov): controlling in the enterprise management system.” The purpose of this study is to study the controlling system itself, its application in enterprises, the effectiveness of its use, as well as functions and concepts. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set in the work: - consider the historical periods of the emergence of theories of world experience in the implementation of controlling, the theoretical foundations of the management system. - consider the controlling concepts used in enterprises, how they work, analyze the pros and cons of each of them; - analyze the main indicators of the enterprise UEC-Klimov JSC, its financial condition; - conduct an analysis of the external and internal environment of the company, and an analysis of the enterprise management system; - develop proposals for improving the enterprise management system using controlling tools. As part of the final qualifying work, the following research methods were used: analytical method, theoretical analysis of economic literature, generalization and systematization of the information received. To carry out the analytical and investment part, such software products as 1C: Enterprise, MS Word, MS Excel were used. The 1C: Enterprise program collected information about the organization and its current financial condition. MS Word was used to organize the data collected and explain the findings. To analyze the financial and economic activities of the enterprise and assess the investment attractiveness of the project to improve the state of the organization, the MS Office Excel package was used.
