Объектом исследования является предприятие ООО «Литкам». Предметом исследования является разработка стратегии развития предприятия ООО «Литкам». В работе были использованы следующие методы исследования: аналитический метод, метод синтеза, систематизации и контент-анализ. Целью данной работы является разработка стратегии развития предприятия ООО «Литкам», а также формирование перечня мероприятий, которые будут реализованы в рамках стратегии. В соответствии с поставленной целью в ходе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Проанализированы теоретические основы стратегии организации. 2. Составлена характеристика компании. 3. Проведен анализ внешней и внутренней среды предприятия. 4. Проведен стратегический анализ предприятия. 5. Выявлены проблемы организации. 6. Предложена стратегия развития и мероприятия, необходимые для ее реализации с учетом рисков и расчетом эффективности. В ходе работы были использованы следующие программные продукты: 1. Microsoft Word – с целью написания работы, формирования таблиц и рисунков, а также общей структуры работы. 2. Microsoft Excel – с целью проведения расчетов относительно финансовых показателей организации и расчетов экономических показателей предложенных мероприятий, а также их эффективности с учетом рисков. Результатами работы является разработанная стратегия развития для компании ООО «Литкам», а также мероприятия для ее реализации с учетом рисков. Рассчитанные показатели экономической эффективности мероприятий продемонстрировали, что они способны благоприятно повлиять на финансовое состояние компании, а также укрепить ее позиции на рынке.

The object of the study is the company Litkam LLC. The subject of the study is the development of a strategy for the development of the Litkam LLC enterprise. The following research methods were used in the work: analytical method, the method of synthesis, systematization, and content analysis. The purpose of this work is to develop a strategy for the development of the Litkam LLC enterprise, as well as to form a list of activities that will be implemented within the framework of the strategy. In accordance with the set goal, the following tasks were solved during the study: 1. The theoretical foundations of the organizations strategy are analyzed. 2. The characteristics of the company have been compiled. 3. The analysis of the external and internal environment of the enterprise is carried out. 4. A strategic analysis of the enterprise has been carried out. 5. The problems of the organization have been identified. 6. A development strategy and measures necessary for its implementation are proposed, considering risks and calculating efficiency. In the course of the work, the following software products were used: 1. MS Word – for the purpose of writing the work, forming tables and figures, as well as the general structure of the work. 2. MS Excel – to make calculations regarding the financial performance of the organization and calculations of the economic indicators of the proposed measures, as well as their effectiveness, considering risks. The results of the work are the developed development strategy for Litkam LLC, as well as measures for its implementation, considering risks. The calculated indicators of the economic efficiency of the measures have demonstrated that they are able to favorably affect the financial condition of the company, as well as strengthen its position in the market.
