Целью данной работы является определение стратегии развития «УК «Святоград» и представление рекомендаций по ее корректировке и совершенствованию. Для достижения поставленной цели был выполнен следующий ряд задач: - Проанализировать теоретические основы по разработке и совершенствованию системы стратегического планирования; - Важным пунктом в данном контексте является выявление методики определения стратегии развития предприятия с целью ее использования в рамках данного исследования; - На основании выделенной методики провести анализ внешней и внутренней среды «УК «Святоград»; - Согласно полученным результатам выявить стратегию развития исследуемой компании, а также ее минусы; - Предложить мероприятия по совершенствованию текущей стратегии развития «УК «Святоград» и оценить эффект от ее корректировки. Объектом данной работы является «УК «Святоград». Предметом исследования является стратегия развития рассматриваемой компании. Актуальность темы обусловлена тем, что в рамках стремительного изменения экономической среды, проблемы, связанные с разработкой и поддержанием выполнения стратегий развития предприятия и их реализации, становятся все более острыми Методы исследования: общенаучные методы исследования, анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, анализ отзывов клиентов. Главным инструментом для проведения всех необходимых расчетов в рамках данного исследования стал пакет MS Office (Excel). Предложен ряд мероприятий, направленных на совершенствование как стратегии развития исследуемого предприятия, так и на улучшение его финансовых показателей.

The purpose of this work is to define the development strategy of the Svyatograd Management Company and provide recommendations for its adjustment and improvement. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were completed: - To analyze the theoretical foundations for the development and improvement of the strategic planning system. - An important point in this context is the identification of a methodology for determining the company’s development strategy in order to use it within the framework of this study. - Based on the selected methodology, to analyze the external and internal environment of the Svyatograd Criminal Code. - According to the results obtained, identify the development strategy of the company under study, as well as its disadvantages. - To propose measures to improve the current development strategy of the Svyatograd Management Company and assess the effect of its adjustment. The object of this work is the "Criminal Code "Svyatograd". The subject of the study is the development strategy of the company in question. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that within the framework of the rapid change in the economic environment, the problems associated with the development and maintenance of enterprise development strategies and their implementation are becoming more acute Research methods: general scientific research methods, analysis of financial and economic activities, analysis of customer reviews. The MS Office (Excel) package became the main tool for carrying out all the necessary calculations within the framework of this study. Several measures aimed at improving both the development strategy of the enterprise under study and improving its financial performance are proposed.
