Целью ВКР является разработка дизайн-проекта благоустройства дворовых территорий квартала исторической малоэтажной застройки на ул. Крупской в Санкт-Петербурге. Задачи ВКР: 1. Анализ стилевых характеристик квартала исторической малоэтажной застройки 1940 – 1950 - х гг. на ул. Крупской в Санкт - Петербурге. 2. Изучение особенностей пространственно-планировочной структуры квартала исторической малоэтажной застройки на ул. Крупской. 3. Выявление проблем благоустройства территории квартала исторической малоэтажной жилой застройки на ул. Крупской и методов их решений. 4. Разработка дизайн-проекта благоустройства дворовых территорий исторического квартала на ул. Крупской. 5. Создание графической части проекта, включающей разработку и презентацию иллюстративных и чертежно-графических материалов, отражающих проектные решения. В результате выполнения выпускной квалификационной работы было проведено исследование квартала исторической малоэтажной застройки по ул. Крупская, а также анализ аналогов современных решений благоустройства пространств такого типа. Разработана дизайн-концепция, учитывающая особенности расположения квартала и нужды его жителей̆. Область работы с историческими территориями требует современного подхода и тщательного анализа конкретной ситуации, но уже набирает популярность, что еще раз подтверждает необходимость данного исследования и актуальность работы в целом. Для достижения результатов в работе были использованы информационные технологии — профессиональные программы для черчения, 3д-моделирования и визуализации.

As a result of completing the final qualifying work, a study was conducted of a block of historical low-rise buildings on the street. Krupskaya, as well as an analysis of analogues of modern solutions for improving spaces of this type. A design concept has been developed that takes into account the specific location of the block and the needs of its residents. Therefore, managing territories with protected status demands a contemporary approach and a detailed analysis of the specific circumstances. This field is increasingly gaining popularity, which further underscores the necessity of this research and the overall relevance of the work. To achieve these results, technologies were used in the work - professional programs for drawing and 3D modeling and visualization.
