Целью данной работы является анализ текущего состояния и перспектив развития малого бизнеса в сфере торговли на примере ИП «Берзан», занимающегося круглосуточной продажей продуктов питания. Актуальность данной темы обусловлена значимостью малого бизнеса для экономического развития страны и его ролью в обеспечении населения необходимыми товарами и услугами. Исследование этих вопросов на примере конкретного предприятия позволяет выявить общие тенденции и разработать практические рекомендации по улучшению ситуации. Основная цель работы - провести всестороннюю оценку состояния ИП «Берзан» и разработать рекомендации по улучшению его деятельности. Для достижения этой цели были поставлены следующие задачи: 1. Изучить понятие и роль малого бизнеса в России. 2. Рассмотреть критерии отнесения субъектов к малому бизнесу в законодательстве. 3. Провести анализ текущего состояния и проблем развития малого бизнеса. 4. Оценить экономическое состояние ИП «Берзан». 5. Провести маркетинговый и конкурентный анализ предприятия. 6. Разработать мероприятия по совершенствованию коммерческой деятельности. 7. Обосновать экономическую эффективность предложенных мероприятий. 8. Проанализировать различные системы налогообложения для оптимизации налоговых затрат предприятия. В заключении подведены итоги проведенного исследования, сформулированы выводы и даны рекомендации по улучшению работы ИП «Берзан». Оценка состояния и перспектив развития предприятия позволила выявить ключевые проблемы и предложить практические меры для их решения.

The purpose of this work is to analyze the current state and development prospects of small businesses in the trade sector using the example of Individual Enterprise «Berzan», which is engaged in round-the-clock food sales. The relevance of this topic is due to the importance of small businesses for the countrys economic development and their role in providing the population with essential goods and services. Studying these issues through the example of a specific enterprise allows us to identify general trends and develop practical recommendations for improving the situation. The main goal of the work is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the condition of Individual Enterprise «Berzan» and develop recommendations for improving its activities. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: 1. To study the concept and role of small businesses in Russia. 2. To consider the criteria for classifying entities as small businesses in legislation. 3. To analyze the current state and development problems of small businesses. 4. To assess the economic condition of Individual Enterprise «Berzan». 5. To conduct a marketing and competitive analysis of the enterprise. 6. To develop measures to improve commercial activities. 7. To substantiate the economic efficiency of the proposed measures. 8. To analyze various taxation systems to optimize the enterprises tax costs. The conclusion summarizes the results of the study, formulates conclusions, and provides recommendations for improving the operations of Individual Enterprise «Berzan». The assessment of the condition and development prospects of the enterprise allowed identifying key problems and proposing practical measures to address them.
