Цель данной работы заключается в анализе и оценке финансовых показателей китайской корпорации Alibaba Groupe. Актуальность темы обусловлена стремительно растущей конкуренцией на рынке интернет-продаж. В таких условиях крупные корпорации применяют тактику расширения влияния, открывая новые бизнесы в разных сферах. При этом остро встаёт вопрос о рентабельности и прибыльности таких проектов, а также их влияние на общее финансовое состояние компании. В качестве предмета исследования выступает крупнейшая китайская компания Alibaba Groupe. Организация является одной из крупнейших на рынке онлайн-продаж в мире. Она отличается разнообразием форм бизнеса, расширением производства и опорой на передовые технологии, разработанные своими специалистами. В ходе работы была дана общая характеристика предприятия, где были рассмотрены организационные особенности Alibaba Groupe, даны характеристики макро- и микросреды, а также произведена оценка результатов деятельности компании. В рамках оценки финансового состояния компании, был произведён анализ прибыли и рентабельности, а также динамики активов и пассивов; дана оценка финансовой устойчивости, ликвидности и платёжеспособности компании, оценка деловой активности. В заключении был разработан прогнозный баланс и план доходов и расходов Alibaba Groupe на 2024 год. В качестве источников информации использовались официальные интернет-ресурсы Alibaba Groupe, новостные статьи, учебные материалы по анализу финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятий и научные статьи по теме.

The purpose of this work is to analyze and evaluate the financial performance of the Chinese corporation Alibaba Groupe. The relevance of the topic is due to the rapidly growing competition in the online sales market. In such circumstances, large corporations use tactics to expand their influence, opening new businesses in various fields. At the same time, the issue of profitability and profitability of such projects, as well as their impact on the overall financial condition of the company, is acute. The subject of the study is Alibaba Groupe, the largest Chinese company. The organization is one of the largest online sales markets in the world. It is distinguished by a variety of business forms, expansion of production and reliance on advanced technologies developed by its specialists. In the course of the work, a general description of the enterprise was given, where the organizational features of Alibaba Groupe were considered, the characteristics of the macro and microenvironment were given, and the results of the companys activities were evaluated. As part of the assessment of the financial condition of the company, an analysis of profit and profitability, as well as the dynamics of assets and liabilities, was carried out; an assessment of the financial stability, liquidity and solvency of the company, an assessment of business activity was given. In conclusion, Alibaba Groupes forecast balance sheet and revenue and expenditure plan for 2024 were developed. Official Alibaba Groupe Internet resources, news articles, educational materials on the analysis of financial and economic activities of enterprises and scientific articles on the topic were used as sources of information.
